Submitting the website form starts a conversation. It does not create a binding order, charge a payment method or guarantee price, production capacity, delivery timing or product availability.
Concepts and final artwork
Website concepts are visual directions, not factory-ready production files. Materials, colours, construction, logo placement and technical artwork require review and approval before manufacturing.
Artwork rights
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use every jersey image, name, logo, mark and artwork file you submit. You remain responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims connected to submitted materials.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload malicious files, impersonate another person or submit unlawful, infringing or misleading material.
Final agreement
Pricing, taxes, shipping, production timing, approvals and any additional order terms are confirmed directly with TeamTone before production begins.
