How TeamTone Sports handles the contact details, jersey images and artwork submitted with a custom request.

Community submissions collect a private contact email, consent record and voluntarily supplied player details and photo. With recorded consent and editorial approval, names, general locations, photos, teams, competition history, achievements, verified statistics, editorial ratings and rankings may be published and indexed by search engines. Ratings are independent editorial assessments, not official league ratings. Supabase provides the community database, administrator authentication and image storage. Contact TeamTone with the profile URL to request correction, withdrawal of consent or removal. Contact emails, consent records and pending submissions are not public. Previously downloaded images or search-engine caches may remain outside our control after removal.
Analytics and cookie choices
With your analytics consent, TeamTone uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website usage and improve the experience. Analytics stays disabled until you accept. We store your consent preference in this browser; you can change it using Cookie Settings in the footer. Our custom analytics events do not include submitted names, emails, phone numbers or request messages. Advertising tracking, including Meta Pixel, is not enabled. Google processes analytics information as a service provider. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using TeamTone.
Information we collect
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, email, phone number, team details, requested products and quantities, timing notes, jersey images and optional logo files.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your request, prepare a relevant response, discuss artwork and product options, estimate pricing and timing, and provide customer support.
Files and service providers
Form submissions may be transmitted and stored by the form service configured for this website. TeamTone limits access to people and service providers who need the information to respond to your request.
Retention and deletion
We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records and legal obligations. Contact TeamTone Sports if you want to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information.
Your responsibility
Only submit artwork and personal information you are authorized to share. Do not upload sensitive personal, financial or medical information.
