Production timing
Custom products require artwork approval and manufacturing time. TeamTone confirms an estimated schedule before an order is accepted; rush delivery is never guaranteed by the website.
Custom goods
Personalized and made-to-order goods generally cannot be returned for preference, sizing selection or approved design choices. Any applicable return or remake terms are confirmed with the final order details.
Problems with an order
If delivered goods appear damaged, defective or different from the approved specification, contact TeamTone promptly with the order reference and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
