Confirm event requirements first
Check the tournament schedule, roster process, uniform rules, bat requirements and any identification or safety instructions supplied by the organiser. Do not assume the rules from a previous league or event still apply.
Separate shared team items from personal equipment
List uniforms, approved game balls or shared field items separately from each player’s bat, glove, footwear and protective equipment. Assign responsibility for shared items before travel so the team does not rely on last-minute purchases.
Coordinate optional accessories deliberately
If the team wants matching batting gloves, sleeves, socks or headwear, use the current jersey as the visual reference. Choose only pieces players plan to use and collect approximate quantities and size preferences through one team contact.
Prepare for changing conditions without promises
Review the event’s weather and venue information close to the date, then pack appropriate personal layers, hydration and backups. TeamTone does not set tournament requirements; confirm every required item and bat certification directly with the organiser.
