Custom Order Policy
The approval responsibilities and production expectations for jersey-matched team gear.

One authorized team contact should coordinate quantities, size preferences, artwork feedback and approvals. TeamTone communicates directly with that contact throughout the request.
Colour and fit
Screen colours and automated palette readings are approximate. Production colours, product measurements, materials and size ranges are reviewed before manufacturing. The team is responsible for checking the approved specifications.
Artwork approval
Production begins only after required artwork and order details are approved through the direct TeamTone process. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and timing.
Quantities and availability
Minimum quantities, supported options and availability vary by product and production partner. TeamTone confirms what is feasible after reviewing the submitted request.
Reorders
A previous direction may be used as a starting point, but colours, materials, construction, pricing and availability must be reconfirmed for every reorder.
